Maryel and Alfredo Gonzalez are the Lead Photography duo behind Gonzalez Lugo Photography, LLC. They met at a networking event in Winter Haven Florida in early 2017 and soon after began a mutual admiration for each others photography work, talent and passion. They began collaborating with each others events, Alfredo bringing his experience with his lighting techniques and dramatic, edgy style in the Latin market and Maryel bringing her light and airy Wedding Photography experience, filled with light, romance and full of love and passion.

It wasn’t until their first Wedding Destination collaboration in San Antonio, Texas where they noticed that their admiration, collaboration and friendship had turned into something more and in the Fall of that same year they joined forces both in their professional and personal lives to bring a more contemporary, modern and candid style of photography to the couples they serve.

In their personal lives they enjoy traveling to the Blue Ridge Mountains chasing sunsets, and every morning you will find them sharing a warm latte. They love spending time with their Vendor Friends and collaborating with others in their community and industry.

Alfredo loves watching movies, has the sweetest tooth ever and his greatest temptation is nerd rope. He is a dare devil lover of pure adrenaline and is a true southern gentleman who is a bit timid but opens up to people with time.

Maryel is a total social butterfly, that knows no stranger and loves fashion, make-up and being completely hands on with her brides on wedding day. She has even gone as far as coordinating some events for her clients. She has a heart of gold and loves her God! Breakfast is her favorite anytime meal and you will sweep her off her feet with an ice cold glass of Coke.
